Ingredients

 kale1 head
 Olive Oil2 Tbsp
 sea salta sprinkle

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 135C.

Wash and dry the kale. Rip into small pieces.

Toss with oil and salt and spread on a baking tray.

Bake until crisp (about 20 min). Depending on the size either turn half way through (larger leaves) or give them a toss (smaller chunks).
