Are you allowed oil on the Dukan Diet?

You are not allowed oil on the Dukan diet. However, especially if you don't have a non-stick pan, when frying you can use 2-3 drops or a 1-2 sprays if you have a spray can for dispensing oil (amazing for controlling the amount you use!).

Bare in mind that the 2-3 drops are not for the food but for the pan, and should be wiped off/spread with a paper towel to leave as little of it as possible.

This applies to all the recipes that mention using oil on this site.
