Ingredients

 Chives1 tablespoon
 Oat bran1.5 tablespoons
 PaprikaTo Taste
 Quark1 /2 tablespoon
 Skimmed milkA little to mix with Eggs
 Turkey bacon2

Instructions

Mix the Quark, oatbran and chives together with one egg white. Add some Paprika pepper to taste.

Place mixture in a frying pan and fry lighty to one side, place frying pan under the grill to cook the other side.

Meanwhile mix one egg with a little milk and bake in the microwave until cooked through, whisk with a fork.

Grill lean bacon and sprinkle with fresh cut chives and a knob of Quark to finish.

Dairy!
