"Cherry" Cheesecake

This is a tweak from the Oatbran Cheesecake recipe posted here. Plain yogurt is way too tart!

Ingredients

 Greek yogurt (fat free)1/4 Cup
 Kool-Aid2 pinches (or to taste) from unsweetened Black Cherry (or other flavor)
 Lemon juice1/2 tsp (optional)
 Oat bran1 1/2 Tablespoons
 Stevia1 Pkt + 1 Pkt
 Yogurt (fat free)1/4 Cup

Instructions

Mix oatbran & 1 stevia pkt. Place in bottom of a small serving bowl.

Mix yogurt, 1 stevia pkt & pinches of Kool-aid powder. Smooth on top of oatbran mixture. Sprinkle a small amount of oatbran on top.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Orange & lemon sound tasty, too. Sugar-free gelatin would most likely work just as well as a substitute for the stevia & Kool-aid.

Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
