Chocolate brownies

Ingredients

 Baking powder1 teaspoon
 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1 tablespoon
 Eggs1 whole egg
 Oat Bran (ground into flour)6 tablespoons
 Sweetener2 tablespoons
 Vanilla yoghurt (low fat)6 tablespoons (desert spoon)

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix well

Put into a 6'' round tin lined with baking paper

Bake at 180C for 15-18mins

Remove while still soft in the centre

Cool for at least 10mins before cutting into 6 wedges

Enjoy with vanilla yogurt and a mug of coffee - Yum!
