 Baking powder11g sachet
 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)60g (low fat)
 Eggs2
 Liquid sweetener150g sugar equivalent
 Oat bran4 table spoons
 Skimmed milkone glass
 Wheat Bran2 table spoons

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients

Oil the muffin tins and wipe the excess off

Cook for 25 - 30 minutes at thermostat 6

Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
