Ingredients

 Cinnamon1/8 teaspoon
 Instant Coffee3/4 teaspoon
 Skimmed milk1/2 cup
 Water1/4 cup

Instructions

Combine the liquid ingredients in a pot and start cooking on low heat.

Mix the cinnamon with the coffee powder.

Once the mixture in the pot is about to start boiling and the dry ingredients.

Bring to a boil and switch off the heat.

Serve in a cup. You can multiply the ingredient quantities for more servings.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
