 Cherry Tomatosa handful
 Cream cheese (fat free)100-200g



You can serve the cream cheese on a plate or eat it straight out of the box with a spoon.


Take a handful of cherry tomatoes (or you can take bigger ones and cut them into chunks) and eat as many as you like.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
