Ingredients

 Calamari/squidsmall bowl
 Creme Fraiche Low Fat 2 tablespoons
 Crushed black pepperto taste
 Garlic cloves4
 Lemon juice1 lemon
 Lemon zest1 lemon
 Mustardtablespoon
 Parsleyhand full
 Prawnssmall bowl
 Saltto taste
 Scallopssmall bowl
 Sweetenertablespoon

Instructions

Mince garlic cloves and lemon zest.

Fry seafood in a pan and season with salt and pepper.

Add garlic, lemon, mustard and sweetener.

Add a lite creme fraiche.

Taste and adjust seasonings to suit and serve.

You can mix and match seafood and sauce - it's also great on chicken or fish fillets.

Add capers if you wish. Also great with broccoli and green beans in the Cruise phase.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
