Ingredients

 Garlic cloves1
 Natural yoghurt (fat free)a few table spoons
 Tiger prawnsa few handfuls

Instructions

Take some already cooked tiger prawns

Mix one crushed garlic clove into a few spoonfuls of natural yoghurt

Dip in your prawns and enjoy!

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
