Remove the low fat sausage from casing and brown in a non stick skillet over medium heat.
When sausage is browned and completely cooked through add in milk and cream cheese.
Bring to a slight boil and immediately reduce heat. Prepare Shirataki noodles according to package directions.
Drain and add to sausage mixture. Cook until noodles are well coated and sauce has slightly thickened.
Garnish with fresh parsley. (optional: top with reduced fat Parmesan cheese)
