Iced mocha

 Cocoa powder (low fat, unsweetened)1/2 tsp
 Instant Coffee1/2 tsp
 Skimmed milkto taste
 Sweetener2-3 tablets



Boil the kettle. Take a small bowl and add 2-3 sweetener tablets (depending on how sweet you like things), 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules and 1/2 tsp low-fat cocoa powder.


Add a little water (enough to make a liquid, rather than a paste), stir together until smooth.


Have the milk ready. Place 2-3 ice cubes in a glass and pour this hot mixture over the top of the ice. Top up the glass with milk.


Let it stand for a minute or so and enjoy the refreshing iced mocha!


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
