Ingredients

 Baking powder11g sachet
 Eggs3 eggs
 Lemon juicehalf a lemon
 Lemon zestfrom 1 lemon
 Oat bran4 table spoons
 Skimmed milk200ml
 Skimmed milk powder3 table spoons
 Sweetener3 table spoons
 Wheat Bran2 table spoons

Instructions

Whisk the egg whites until stiff in one bowl.

In another bowl, mix together all the other ingredients.

Fold in the beaten egg whites.

Spoon into muffin moulds.

Bake in a pre-warmed oven for 30 minutes in a moderately hot oven (200C / mark 6).

Dairy!
