Take half of the oat bran, pour yoghurt over it and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Grind the rest of the oat bran into a powder.
Mix the powder with the yoghurt mixture, baking powder, flour, egg and salt.
Pour out the mix out onto a baking tray and sprinkle with herbs.
Bake at 170C for 20-25 minutes.
Adjust the servings from the recipe to match the oat bran requirements of your phase!
Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.
Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
