 Bell peppers2-3
 Canola Oila few drops
 Carrots2-3
 diced onionto taste
 Gingerto taste
 Leek1
 Portobello mushroomto taste
 Salt & Pepperto taste
 seitanto taste
 Soy sauce (low sodium)to taste

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the vegetables into stripes.

Fry in a very hot wok (be careful when using non-stick though, as you migth want to check the max. temperature for your wok).

Eventualy add a bit of water.

Serve hot.
