 Chicken breasts2, diced
 Coriandera few leaves
 Curry powder1 tea spoon
 Garlic powderto taste
 Natural yoghurt (fat free)2 table spoons
 Onions1, small
 Pepperto taste
 Saltto taste



Spray fry pan with low fat oil.


Add chicken and onions and garlic powder and salt and pepper.


Cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes (depending on how big your cubes of chicken are).


Add the curry powder when nearly cooked. Optionally add chopped coriander and mix well.


When cooked take off the heat and cool slighly.


Add the yoghurt, and stir very well. You can warm up again if it is too cool, but do not boil as the yoghurt will separate.


Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
