Ingredients

 Garlic powderto taste
 Ham (lean)2-3 slices
 Oreganoto taste
 Turkey breast2

Instructions

You can either get already sliced turkey breast fillets or slice a regular turkey breast into flat, thin pieces.

Cover the meat with garlic powder, oregano. You can add other spices if you wish.

Cut the ham slices into squares so that they are ready to be fried later.

Add a couple of drops of light oil to a frying pan. Wipe off the oil with a sheet of paper kitchen towel. You can also use spray oil instead.

Heat up the pan and fry on high heat.

Once you turn the meat to the other side for a more succulent meal cover the pan with a lid for until the turkey is almost done. Finally take the lid off and brown up.

When the turkey is done quickly throw in the ham using the turkey steak juices to fry. You can take out the steaks first, or fry everything together.
