Turkey Sandwich

Very juicy and sweet tasting with a traditional sandwich feel!

Ingredients

 Bell peppers1/2
 Cheese1/2 slice
 Iceberg lettuce1-2 leaves
 Mustard2 tsp
 Red Onions2 thin slices
 Tomatoes1 slice
 Turkey1-2oz

Instructions

Take the whole bell pepper and cut the top and end off to dispose. Cut the remaining piece in half. (Save the other half for a later sandwich)

Spread 1 tsp of mustard (or Dukan mayo, garlic spread etc...) onto the inside of pepper.

Add the onions, tomatoes and any other veggies you choose.

Place turkey (or lean ham) on top of veggies

Spread the mustard on top of turkey

Top with pieces of lettuce and eat!
