Ingredients

 Black pepper1 pinch
 Celery1 stalk
 Garlic salt1/2 teaspoon
 Onions1, sliced
 venison steak300 grams
 Yogurt (fat free)1 cup

Instructions

Marinade steak overnight in yogurt, 1 sliced onion, 1 diced carrot and garlic salt.

Remove from marinade and wash off all marinade under cold running water.

Season with salt pepper, barbeque spice and allow meat to reach room temp.

Spray griddle with a few sprays of oil and heat until smoking hot.

Cook on griddle until onestage below, medium or rare.

Allow to rest for five minutes. The meat will continue to cook while resting and allow the juice to rest.

Dairy!

Ideally dairy products should be 0% fat, but up to 2% is allowed as long as it has no added sugar.

Dairy should also be kept down to a total of 1kg per day.
